Creamy and delicious, here is my unsweetened Chia Pudding With Yogurt recipe. You can flavor or sweeten yours as you like. I prefer mine unsweetened with fresh berries, nut butter and kiwi fruit!
Add the milk and then the chia seeds to a container and whisk them together. Mix in the yogurt and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, whisk the overnight chia pudding with yogurt again to remove any lumps.
Set overnight in the refrigerator.
Notes
1. If the mixture is too thick, whisk in some extra milk.
2. If the mixture is too runny, add 1 tablespoon and then check again after 15 minutes. Add another one if needed.
