Who says pudding for breakfast can't be good for you? This chia and flax seed pudding is filled with omega 3s, antioxidants, protein and fiber, keeping it gut friendly and making it great for sustained energy and focus.
Plus extra berries for topping or use fresh blueberries for topping
Instructions
Grind your flax seeds in a spice grinder.
Add all your ingredients (except the topping) into a food processor or a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth. After 15 minutes, blend it again. Pour it into your individual jars or containers.
Set overnight in the fridge and top with berries in the morning.

Make any berry variation of this: strawberry, blackberry, raspberry.Berries have the least impact on blood sugar of your typical breakfast fruits, which is why I am happy to have them in the morning.
